A text analysis of China (PRC)-facing rhetoric versus policy recommendations from reports published by national security institutes (think tanks) with respect to China-West educational and research collaboration.

A methodology has been devised for this study, and a trial run has been conducted, but the study will be revisited at a later date with updated primary texts and a refined framework.
